ostmoestudio.com offers products for sale to customers able to take delivery domestically (within the United States of America), and currently does not support shipping internationally.
Standard domestic orders ship via USPS within 5 business days unless otherwise specified (but we will do everything we can to ship your order within 24 hours of the order transaction time), using First Class or Priority. Most packages arrive between 2-7 days of the date shipped, depending on selected shipping method. Packages are not insured except upon special request.
For standard shipping methods, after your order is processed, packaged and shipped, you will receive an email that contains tracking information. Note that this is not always included with free shipping.
Orders totaling $75 or greater (before applicable sales tax) qualify for free shipping. This offer applies to all orders being delivered within the contiguous US (not available in Hawaii and Alaska). Free shipping will always use the lowest-cost shipping method and provider, and we cannot provide a guaranteed delivery date or time. Typically, such orders will arrive within 2-7 days of the date shipped. If you qualify for free shipping but do not want to use the lowest-cost method/provider, you may select your preferred method but will be required to pay the standard shipping cost.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Currently, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges; however, we will try to accommodate some purchase issues on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us directly if you have received a damaged, incorrect or missing item.
